When i àm eating,i am feeling slight chest pain.is it any gas trouble or any other problem.please help me

Probably you are suffering from GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease)..... Can be controlled with medications.... Consult a doctor if you experience heaviness of chest....sweating...pain radiating to the  Left arm ...... It's good that you could have an ECG if symptoms persists.
