Chest pain when taking Co-Amoxiclav

I have been prescribed co-amoxiclav for a UTI that had got worse and did not get better to the previous course of Trimethoprim, a week ago, I have been prescribed these and I have taken 2 so far today, I am supposed to take 1 three times a day for 7 days. But I am getting chest pain/discomfort and it says to contact a doctor immediately if you experience that
