I am suffering from severe chest pain from past 1 months , weakness, fatigue , my ability to do physical activity has decreased I get tired very fast and also I experience rapid heartbeats . My resting heart beats is between 80 to 90 but as soon as I start walking it reaches upto 120 after climbing 2 floors that too slowly it goes up to 160 . All test are done nd it came normal ,

If it happens frequently, you need to do a 12 lead ECG and 24 hour Holter monitoring. Review with reports.
