I am getting chest pain when I am pressing with hand on top of it. I am getting chest pain if I am trying to expand the chest with full breath in.

its depend upon severity. if pain is severe with sweating and radiate type then consult with dr. or it may be due to some trauma aur any disease condition. proper history is not given how complain started & what was cause behind this.
