Hi, my father is 53 yrs old. He is a shopkeeper due to which has to keep standing for 10-12 hrs. Sometimes he gets this severe chest for 3-4 hours which later soothes down. He doesn't face any breathing problem though. Please recommended some test to help understand the cause.

Please get ECG ECHO AND TROPONIN TEST DONE URGENTLY. AND SHOW TO CARDIOLOGIST.
