From very long time I have pain in middle of my chest...this pain is like whenever I squeeze my chest or move my upper body left and right it gets activated otherwise there's no pain at all. And  due to which I have pain in my shoulders as well...it seems like this pain is radiating from my chest portion to back and on my shoulders only not the down part and it makes me so tired sometimes. What should I do?

U can consult a rheumatologist or orthopedist as it seems to be a musculoskeletal pain.
