HELLO, ULTRASOUND OF WHOLE ABDOMEN. TABLET PENTACID DSR ONE TABLET BEFORE BREAKFAST FOR FORTEEN DAYS. TABLET MEFTAL PLUS TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET DULCOLAX TWO TABLETS AT NIGHT FOR THREE DAYS, IF STOOL  BECOME NORMAL, STOP IT. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. ADD FRESH CURD AND BUTTER MILK IN DIET.
