Whenever I'm taking deep breath or whenever I'm getting yawn, I'm feeling severe pain. I'm also suffering with cold and sneezes along with mild cough past 4 days.

Hi it may be due to infection of pleura,muscle pull,trauma,gastritis...consult physicians they will treat both your upper respiratory infection and chest pain
