Hello....my mother is suffering from chest pain and dryness in her eyes....Can she take r3 and r78 homoeopathic medicine at a time..?

Hello , chest pain might be due to hyper acidity , flatulence & other digestive issue for that she must consult first . dryness of eyes might be due to infection , blockage or malfunctioning of lacrimal gland .
