Chest pain and breathing problems

I am having pain in my chest from last some time, probably more than a month. However, the pain isn't permanent, it's comes and goes. It generally pains more while breathing in. I am attaching my x-ray report. Please advise.

You need to show a pulmonologist. If you have any old Chest X-rays, those need to be compared with the current Chest X ray.
