I have stomach issues. I feel bloated most of the time. I get chest discomfort sometimes. The pain radiates towards my left hand and neck as well . I have anxiety and anemia. My heart rate is fast. Does the chest pain have anything related to heart. Because I'm just 21.

Seems to be gastric reflux related. To ne sure ger ECG ECHO TMT done
