I have the problem of waking up with cough (clear sputum) & breath shortness (chest congestion). This happens to me only early mornings around 4.00 & I lack sleep. I know that my upper respiratory track is inflamed. Tried amoxicillin, and now on ciprofloxacin. What could be the problem & which specialist to approach?
