2 days ago I felt nauseated suddenly. It subsided a bit but I spiked a low grade fever... bp was 86/43.. felt dizzy and uncomfortable.. yesterday I had a fever, nauseated and unbelievably tired. Pain in my left shoulder down to the elbow, middle of my back and chest / abdominal area. Today, chest pain just a little left to the center of my chest. My left arm and my back. No fever but I do have a headache. I feel I cant breathe right but not gasping.
