My chest area is not identical i.e right side is bit bulged out compared to left. Like loose muscles.

Hello..... If it's not causing you any problem.. Since right side is predominant slight bulge may present.. It could be due to lighting heavy weight in right hand or doing more activities in right hand.... If it's bothering you consult general physician in nearest hospital.
