Two days before. My pregnancy test positive. Now i have Cramps and bleeding what happened me. Please give me information.

Thretened abortion ... If bleeding mild  and stops on own take rest and wait n watch ..start micronized progesterone tab lupigest sr 200mg twice a day . If bleeding continues go for usg for pregnancy status
