Hi sir , I'm 24 year old. I've the habit of masturbation from more than 7 years. In recent times I observed a change in color on the top of glans (around the the hole that releases urine) it's spread in half inch or less less area around the hole. There are few tiny tiny sores also that we have to zoom or pull the skin hard to observe. I don't have any itchiness or discomfort but my only worry is it unhealthy or it's starting of a big issue. It's been long time since I'm observing. What to do?
