Sir i had anal.fissure and after diagnosed that with colonyscopy.. I am observing less jerk. Or very less erection due to conyraction and relaxation of anus.. And i am observing the change. When prevoius i haf rapid jerk and full vertical erection. Now no feeling of jerk and less vertical or syraight erection wolith less feeling ?? What is the reason???

anal fissure is a very painful condition and colonoscopy would cause so much further pain so i dont know why was it done if it was a fissure. the pudendal nerve endings in that area may get damaged by both, fissure or the procedure causing difficulty in sexual act as well as erection. also we need to look out for other factors as well before coming to a conclusion
