Hi Sir, I have noticed change in face forehead colour to dark. Black patches like and I have underwent diagnostics tests. Fluctuations in TSH abovev6.8. Please guide me

TSH is just out of range and may not be cause of your forehead skin changes. Suggest checking free t4 and anti tpo antibodies. You should consult an endocrinologist and a dermatologist
