Cervical spondylisis problem

Currently am taking hifenac d, pan 40, gabaneuron 300mg, dilonex injection once a day, coralium d3, rejumex 500mg injection a day. I have been it for last 3 days with very less improvement. Kindly advice. MRI report- cervical lordosis reduced. Cervical spondylosis - endplate osteophyte, degenerated discs C5/C6 intervertebral disc is showing right paracentral focal protrusion compressing the ventral thecal sac n adjacent exiting nerve roots

You have cervical disc prolapse.disc prolapse management can be medical or surgical depending on the amount of disc prolapse, compression of neural structures and patient symptoms.if it's only pain ,medical Mx can be tried.if it's weakness of limbs and stiffness and heaviness of limbs too probably u might need surgery.for giving exact opinion patient detailed history, clinical examination ,MRI films are needed.consult a Neurosurgeon directly
