Cervical length 2.9 cm at 22 weeks

My wife is 21 years old with history of one spontaneous miscarriage. Currently she is 22 weeks pregnant and her 20 weeks USG report showed cervical length 2.9 cm. Is it too small? Whether she need cervical stitch or not?

Hi Dear. As per your wife pervious miscarriage history and that was spontaneous..so batter I ll advice you go through cervical Stiches (Cervical cerclage)to avoid or risk of preterm labor and premature birth.
