Is Cephalexin safe during breastfeeding ( 7 days post partum)? If yes please let me the dosage. Thank you

Just tell me your weight. Also, for what were you prescribed cephalexin?  it would be better if you can take Tab Azithromycin (which is more safer during pregnancy and breastfeeding). (WhatsApp Consultation-0097 150 986 248)
