Cellulitis on my arm but extremely itchy

I was diagnosed with cellulitis on my left forearm, and am now prescribed with oral antibiotics (Cloxacillin). The problem is, after reading up on cellulitis on the internet, it does not appear to include itching as part of the symptoms. It has been itching since the beginning, now it's almost unbearable. Could this potentially be something else?
