Hello, I have Complet blood test results: RBC 4.92 million/mm3 HGB 10.1 g/dL HCT 34% MCV 69 MCH 21 pg MCHC 30% Platelet count 271000/mm3 WBC 8840/mm3 Neutrophils 53.4%. 4721/mm3 or uL Eosinophils 5.5%. 486/mm3 or uL Basophils 0.3% 27/mm3 or uL Lymphocytis 32.9% 2908/mm3 or uL Monocytes 7.9% 698/mm3 or uL According to the lab reference ranges, I have low HGB, HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC and high eosinophils. I’m very concerned because my apptmnt with my Dr is very far.

Please Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take salads and fruits more Take Tab fersoft Z 1 for 3 mths Tab osto calcium 2 per day for 3 months Tab zentel 1 stat Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Go for morning and evening walk daily Reconsult if needed
