Hello Your question is not very clear A.  If there is cataract then only option is surgery B.  I don't know Russian medicine... Rest of your query is not very clear Kindly explain your symptoms and all reports if your have any Regards

you  might be using  steroids. this  medicine  leaves  bad effect  on eyes.  so please  consult an ophthalmologist  .
