I have been diagnosed with vericocele and have no sperms ( azoospermia) in no of semen analysis test and planning for a child... i went to some ivf centre so they telling me to go for tesa so should i go through tesa??? Please suggest thanks

What is the grade of ur vericocele?? If its 1 or 2 then possible to treat with medicine,  if its 3rd grade, then u have to go for surgery for vericocele first and after that work for ur sperm count and motility...
