LMCA- Normal LAD - Poximal, mid disease distal 70% to 80% Diagonal 1 - diffuse disease LCX - Diffuse disease up to 80 to 85% OM2 - diffuse disease RCA -Proximal cut off with bridging collateral with TIMI 2 flow distal segment diffuse disease. PDA diffuse disease Lima normal
