Hi, I would first need to know what is it that happened in your past that has had such a traumatic effect on you? Can you leave it behind you?
You perhaps need to become less and less absorbed with your self. Stop ruminating. Get out into the sunshine and exercise for an hour each day if you can. Perhaps a lot of your energy might be 'physical energy pent up'
It ok to be worried about various aspects of your life, but also dont forget to spend sometime enjoying it. Dont need to get so serious about life. Look around you ... do you find the more serious people necessarily doing better? Whats past is past.
