Cannot retract foreskin

I cannot retract my foreskin when it is erect but I can retact it when not erect. Is it a problem? Will it affect sex like hurting? How can I treat it?... I don't want to go for circumcision.

Hi This is the condition of phimosis and it needs surgical removal. Consult to sexologist or surgeon near by you.
