Cannot pee after getting drunked

From past few months my friend got some series issues.that is after drinking alcohol and get drunked then cannot able to pee it happend around 4 to 5 times .after getting drunked cannot pee then urged to doctor then using catheter the problem is solved .but cleanse can anyone help me with this problem why it is happening now there any serious issue

Probably due to distention of urinary bladder and inability to empty bladder . Plz get usg kub done
