Canker sore and pimples on body

Jab bhi main Kuch garam khata (like shuhare(dried dates), groundnut, peanut etc.) hu then either canker sores starts forming in my mouth or pimple like things(without pus) starts to appear on my face and body. What is the name of this condition? Is there any cure for it? Which specialist do I have to consult for this?

I don’t think it can be due to eating above dry fruits , oral hygiene is important and many times face wash will help. Bitadine gargles May help once a day for 2to 3 days. Sometimes peanut or groundnut allergy is to rule out.
