Cancerous bump?

I found a bump and I'd like to know if it could be cancerous. Its on my right ass cheek and its quite red but it wasnt at the start.

All bumps are not cancerous nature, do not panic, first you go to nearest clinic and identify your disease and take medicine and you will be fine.

Hello there, not all bumps are cancerous, stop googling at first. Secondly, if you sit for long hours then it can form a bump like lesions, but it's nothing to worry about. Does it pain, any small opening present on it..? I need some more information to diagnose it better. Do consult online and you will be fine soon.
