Is there any way to understand the speech better in Mobile phone as im suffering form mild SNHL of around 30db...is hearing aid useful for speech clarification..does taking gingko biloba and steroids such as Prednisone useful for any improvement...plz answer it for suggestions

If you have progressive sensory neural hearing loss usually steroids are not useful. Gingko biloba may have role in slowing the progression but won't reverse the loss which has occured already. If you have issues with speech discrimination then hearing aids can be helpful
