No , you should not give soya chunks to a puppy that young. Please give animal protein such as egg, chicken , mutton etc , dog is a carnivorous animal. Plant based protein causes your dog to bloat and will have other gastric issues. Plant protein will aggravate skin infection in dogs

Soya chunks in general is a highly processed food so may not be suitable for all dogs specially to Puppies..Consider adding High quality animal protein..while introducing home made food pls start slowly and increase gradually.. Puppies need a balanced diet ..pls Consult a vet to get more info on Puppy Nutrition.
