Can Tapentadol delay blood clotting

I am on Tapentadol (50mg) for my thumb pain. This morning I cut my finger. Its is a small cut but deep. I put bandage on it but when I removed the band aid in the evening to change it it started to bleed again. I want to know if Tapentadol (50mg) has something to do with it because i was hoping for the bleeding to stop by now.

Nothing to do with tapentadol. Just visit the nearest hospital to get a TT injection. Get the wound dressed properly by professional . And consult me for the treatment online in practo . I will advice u the medication.
