Can't turn my leg

Recently I got sick and a doctor's assistant inserted injection in my buttocks which went wrong . I suffered pain there for few days , can't walk straight , had to tilt someways to walk without pain . later the pain went but the problem is I can't bend my leg sideways as some nerve got short or something .
