Don't lift heavyweights... Mean while you can start up with your abdominal muscles strengthening and also pelvic muscles strengthening... Basically you need to work on your core... But start with basic exercises and as it becomes stronger gradually you can also do with weights..
Do icing at painful area for 10 min
