Can't breath through nose

I been having problems with my nose I can't breath through it, it's been over or close to a year. I've gone to the DR and a clinic and they all tell me to use nasal spray but it doesn't help at all I even got a shot on my bottom when I went to the hospital. It a started when I started working at some plastic company. Can anyone help?
