Can Sinate OD be taken during pregnancy

Hello My wife is around 9 weeks pregnant. She has heavy nausea wherein she vomits several times a day. Local gynaecologist has suggested taking Sinate OD tablets three times a day before food. Is there any danger from this tablet to the pregnancy? Kindly advise
