Im just wondering when i was younger my mother told me my doctor gave me risperdal for my ashama can that be true?

Hi The main active ingredient of Risperdal is Risperidone, which is mainly a anti-psychotic agent. Risperdal is used for treatment of diseases like Schizophrenia, Bipolar Mood Disorders, Autism, certain eating, personality disorders. There is no documented use of resperdal in asthma.
