Can colic aid be given to 2 month baby

Can colic aid be given to 2 month old baby who has not passed motion since 10 days. Will colic aid drops help in passing motion?

Please dont give. It's not of any help in passing motion. Instead kindly take baby to nearby hospital as not passed stools for more than 7 days will require intervention.
