Can antibiotics Azithromycin 3 day course in my case for preventive infection after a medical abortion cause Yeast infection?

no not at all... antibiotics prevent bacterial infection. yeast infection can occur on their own.there r many reasons for that. a single dose fluconazole 150mg is sufficient. for local itching n soreness u can apply clotrimazole oint. if recurrent then visit gynecologist
