I am facing calf pain since 2days I am diagnosed with varicose vein in my right leg before but since 2 says I am facing calf pain so what to do

It may be due to your varicose veins, dehydration or vitamin d deficiency. Consult your surgeon for a Doppler for reassessment of your leg veins, and get treated accordingly. You should feel better.
