Baby age 2.7 years and weight 11.6kgs. Doctor gave calcium syrup dosage 3.5ml twice daily. But she doesn't like. Can I give total 7ml once a day?

Calcium can cause gastritis, so it needs to be given in divided doses. As she is not liking the flavour, changing to some other preparation may be done but the composition needs to be checked beforehand because dose may vary depending on calcium concentration in the syrup.

Calcium is best taken in 2 or 3 divided doses. In that way absorption is better. Try giving it with regular food or you could change to another brand with a different flavour
