How much caffeine is too much for the brain? Does it really hinders cognitive functions? To what extent it should be consumed?

It's a tricky question. Let's answer it differently. Least amount you can manage with is good for you. Caffeine addiction is so much more common than we expect. Substitute your cuppa coffee with water, decaf, fresh juice. Exercise and snack healthy food at regular intervals. Hydration is the rule.
