C section stitches leaking

Hi doctor I underwent a Caesarian operation on 7th feb 2018 and suddenly after 4 days i started having a leak from my stitches and i underwent a resuturing with a drain tube and i see some tissue like substance coming through the tube even today.. Pls guide if i am on the healing mode or should i take any other action..
