Buttocks Acne

Always have this Acne or pimple on my buttocks. Recently this is getting worse. Really need good suggestion how to get rid of this.

It seems to be Folliculitis considered as Hair follicle infection and that's why it is recurring. A full course of Medication will be the treatment plan. Pls consult me online for better understanding and treatment.

U have to take course if antibiotics for now  if abcess has formed to prevent further..avoid sitting for long times drink plenty of water
