Butt pimples and pilonidal sinus

I've had butt pimples since many years and have developed a cyst since a year. Often there is discharge of puss and blood from the cyst and also from the pimples. Have been ignoring these since long but now seeking a permanent solution. Would appreciate if you can help out.
