Burping, Slow Digestion & Sour Taste

Doctors, Please clarify my questions I am frequently burping and also burping cause sour taste. The digestion is very poor as food sit in my stomach for long term. Kindly give right medicine and guidance.

Its gastritis Tab razo d 1 tab x bd x 15 (7am 7pm) Syp pantop mps 1 tsf x tds x 15 days ago Avoid hot meals and fried foods Lots of fibrous foods and water Avoid long hours of fasting Have curd rice banana and apple etc
