Hello, kindly do urine examination routinely,as this look like urinary tract infection. Then analgesics, antipyrtics, urine alkalisers, plenty of oral fluids and urinary tract antibiotics may be taken. If no response follow it up with urine for culture sensitivity and ultra sound of abdomen. Good luck bye.
