When i pee in morning it burns heavily and in day time it burns after completing urinataion and also pain in pennis pipe of urination but urine cultutre is negative and RM is showing pus cells in range of 12-15 and epithilial cells in range of 10-12

Kindly repeat urine routine in a sterile manner after cleaning the private area and collecting the mid stream urine...till then have plenty of fluids..also take tab urispas twice a day for 5days and use syrup kcit 2tsf 3times a day for 5days..
